Games and Merchandising
In 1992, Fanhunter was adapted into a role-playing game by Farsa's Wagon . It became a bestseller and spawned numerous expansions, miniature series, and board games.
The game line expanded with other adaptations of Cels characters, such as Fanpiro (co-published with La Factoría de Ideas) and Outfan (Planeta-DeAgostini), while related merchandise was also being marketed.

In 2013, Edigráfica Games, in collaboration with Fanhunter SL, launched the board game Fanhunter: The Mountains of Madness -Electric Boogaloo-, based on the novel published by Panini Books and which merges the Fanhunter universe with the work of HP Lovecraft .

Until 2025, Devir Iberia held the worldwide license for Fanhunter. They released the Fanhunter Urban Warfare miniatures game and a card game (Fanhunter Assault), the third edition of the popular Fanhunter: The Role-Playing Game, and a board game.

"Fanhunter Assault": Card Games
In this card game based on the Fanhunter universe, players take on the role of the Relic Hunters division of La Resistencia (The Resistance). Finding the most exclusive geeky artifacts is no easy feat, but outsmarting the Fanhunters who are keeping a close eye on them is even more challenging. Players will strive to achieve their objectives while simultaneously trying to prevent their rivals from doing the same.
Players can play in two different modes: campaign or casual. The goal of the game is to recover forgotten relics and artifacts while defeating the guardians who protect them.
The game is played in 3 phases . During your turn you must advance the adventure (by putting cards into play) and then perform up to two possible actions, which can be: reveal a phase card, play a skill, store cards in your collection, or fight.
The game ends as soon as the prize deck (the deck of cards on your hand) runs out. At that point, the players take the cards they have added to their collections and count their victory points. The player with the most points wins.
